At swaytake, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds and returns under the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within days of receiving the item.
- The item must not be a non-refundable or final sale product (such as personalized/customized items, perishable goods, or digital downloads).
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will process the refund as follows:
- Initiate a Request: Contact us at sales@swaytake.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Return the Item: Ship the item back to our return address (customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect).
- Inspection & Approval: Once received, we will inspect the product and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Issuance: If approved, the refund will be processed within business days to your original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items cannot be refunded, including:
- Digital products (eBooks, software, etc.)
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time frame:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your bank or payment provider (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at sales@swaytake.com
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within hours of purchase if they have not been shipped.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return after receiving the item.
